my pictures that lie

I chose my picture from last weeks game, because it is the last time i will have played at home with my seniors on my team. It was a bittersweet moment so i wanted to make it last for a long time, even if it is just a picture. The picture originated last saturday at E.M Stadium field (where we beat Centre College 27-17). I manipulated it by using lighting effects, sharpens, some saturation and hues as well. I manipulated it by adding a picture from the film "300" and to make it look like a standoff between the tigers and the brave 300. The manipulation was not harmful because I did not lie or bash the brave 300, but rather placed myself in the battle scene. With the use of the text in the photo and the intensity shown on the faces the picture looks to be leading up to a climatic battle in arms.

PPT Eval

My two favorite presentations were those created my Garret and Dana. Garret's jokes and animations were hilarious in my opinion, and his information was very informal. I did not know that southwest was the first flight company that allowed their employees to wear polo's, nor did I know that before they wore polos they wore "hot pants."
I enjoyed Dana's presentation because everybody needs water and with the way we treat our earth, we will need more hydrogeologists very soon. Her information was very well organized, and she did not overload her slides with information. Her transitions were smooth and effective, and her use of pictures really gripped the audiences attention.
Overall, these two students did a great job in presenting their topic and had my attention from the beginning to the end.
